How I Lost 80 lbs in 4 Months

Today we are talking about about one of the most controversial subjects right now - Weight loss. But not just any type of weight loss. We are going to be talking about lasting and rewarding weight loss that stays gone and is accomplished through self-trust, self-love, and faith! (Sorry, Disney, but no fairy dust was used here).

When I think back to the times I was loosing massive amounts of weight, I never used the word "diet." Instead, I looked at my weight loss as a journey of the mind, body, and soul.
In fact, I didn't really give up anything as a typical diet would have you do. There was no scarcity. Instead, I incorporated so much MORE!
I rid the things that were not serving me and brought in things in it's place that brought me JOY.

So, what was my secrets to massive weight loss?
1. Find your Why
No matter what goal or life changing event is taking place, having a reason (a "Why") for doing the things you are about to embark on is ESSENTIAL.
I have found that our Why reason's need to be service-oriented, meaning they involve other people aside from ourselves.
Oftentimes, when we think of reason's for doing things, we think internally, but The Bible shows us that we are loving creatures by nature and God desires us to give back and in return we feel FULFILLED as humans.
When we feel fulfilled as humans, we don't crave other things and addictions (like food addiction) to fill our empty voids that can only be filled with giving back and God.

2. Faith
While there is a science behind weight loss, there's also MORE of a faith-based approach needed for weight loss as well.
For those of you who don't know (talked in-depth in video above), I went through the hardest moments of my life right before my weight loss journey began. 
There is no perfect time to start.
In fact, I was in the midst of a divorce, I had just survived a severe suicide attempt, and I was at my highest weight with an array of limiting beliefs, excuses, and health conditions preventing my mind and body to come together.
The day after I survived my suicide attempt, I knew one thing was certain- Jesus Christ is real.
After that, my life started to drastically change in front of me. God was working his miracles into my body and gave me revelation on how and what to eat. God literally taught me everything I know and implemented for my weight loss and no, there was (for once) no searching the internet.
Little did I know what God had in store for me and how fast He would work. But one thing was constant throughout this whole time, and that was my faith in Him.
I never lost faith.
When I would have my seldom (yes, seldom) moments of food lust cravings, I would pray to God and give my food cravings to Him and THEY WOULD DISAPPEAR.
My faith in God and Jesus is the BIGGEST reason for my weight loss.
3. Intermittent Fasting
After you have found your Why reason, incorporated God and Jesus into your weight loss journey, the next step is the science behind massive weight loss, which is Intermittent Fasting.

I followed a super simple routine that is the blueprint in my new Freedom From Food Lust course and saw my weight literally disappearing in front of my eyes.
It's important to note that I had to ensure with my intermittent fasting that I maintained two mindset shifts:
1. Mentality on food lust
2. Consistency with what God taught me
